Which software program can prepare and E-file 2019 amended tax return? I've bought turbotax 2019 and it cannot

Sorry---- you can no longer e-file an amended 2019 return. It has to be printed signed and mailed. Use a mailing service that can track it like certified mail so you will know it was received.

Only some paid tax preparers can still e-file a 2019 return.
