e-filed my federal return and accepted. Cannot e-file my state return because of an erroneous depreciation schedule is showing up. How to fix this? Can't access return

I am not able to access my tax return because I have e-filed federal and therefore I am locked out. I do not have the option to "continue etc."

You will need to paper file your return. There is no way to delete a form from a filed return.
