E-filed taxes a month ago and every year we receive the refund relatively fast. It’s been over 30 days and it’s still in processed

I have looked on the IRS2go app every day and it’s continually saying processed.  We called the IRS phone line directly which puts us into a switch panel. They ask us questions apartment and I say refund department because that’s where they want to put us anyway, and,  it continues to say “ due to extremely high call volumes we are unable to take your call please call back at another time“  

I have called several times, different times of the day, from every number that has been suggested from Intuit and we continue to get the same message 

I have no idea what the holdup is. Can anyone help me?
