E-mail telling me my account is past due.

I received an e-mail from Turbo Tax aying that my account is Past Due.  Well, that's because I have not received my refund yet. I filed on March 5th, it is now April 23rd.  On the where's my refund?, it still says processing.  Do I have to pay Turbo Tax even though I requested the amount to be deducted from my refund?

    You still have to pay but can call customer service and request more time.
