Question
Efiled illinois Fef 13th. They have no record of recieving my return from turbotax.
Just got off the phone with the dept of revenue. They say they never got the tax file from turbo tax when i did my taxes online. I have the reiceipt from tubotax. I already received my federal refund direct deposit. Illinois State hasn't received my return they say. Turbotaxonline says it was sent, and accepted. What am i supposed to do? how do i prove it was sent ? or do i just get the tax file and resent it? its been 3 weeks since it was "accepted" according to turbotax.
