At what step during my tax preparation on TT , where and when do I enter the email address for TT and/or the IRS to confirm receipt of efiling?

Thank you. How to verify an email address of another family member who files on the same TT account and desktop, but has a different email address? That person filed in 2022 on same TT account and desktop.. Does the email of that person transfers to 2023 when the information is transferred on the start of a new filing?

Your e-mail address is established when you set up your account. That is the e-mail that is used. However, you can change your email address. Please log in to your tax return and choose Intuit account in the lower-left then update communications. You can also choose email communications instead of text messages.

Yes, that information transfers. Should be the same e-mail that was used for 2022.
