EIC reduced by IRS without explanation. I asked Turbotax if an error in their program but got no response. How do I resolve?

    @Rhowell1 , if  you just received your  refund and therefore became aware of the  reduction in amount, please wait for a week  for explanatory note from the IRS.  In either case  you can follow up the IRS --- there is a wait time these days.  Once your return is filed TurboTax  has nothing more to do with the return.
