Electronic filing error
I just completed my Federal and State tax returns using TurboTax and authorized
filing it electronically today, 04/07/2018. The amounts in lines 16a and 20a of the federal return are $90,492 and $25,236 respectively. However, the amounts in lines 16b and 20b are 0 and 0 respectively. This drastically effects AGI on both the Federal and State returns which are now at IRS. I only detected this error after I printed out the forms. What is the phone # of a live person I can report this error and get it resolved ?? Thanks
