Someone tried to file a tax return using my ID from another site.

It is NOT me. 

Please correct.

    The email that you received tells you what to do if it was not you who filed the return. Follow the instructions in the email. Posting here in the user community does not do any good. The people who can correct the issue will not see your post here.
