Error Code 214; Turbo Tax Premier 2024 Desktop Version

Just installed the premier version for 2024 tax filing on my laptop. It installed successfully and taken my activation key. But after I open that software, it pops up the error message 214: "forms are missing. TurboTax cannot start a return. Please re-install TurboTax."

I tried both methods to repair and uninstall/reinstall. Neither worked. Also, there is no way to interact with any buttons within TurboTax Premier 2024 software because of the error popup as some of the prior answers recommended. Running as admin didn't work neither.

Was on call with Turbotax customer support for an hour and no fix resolution!!
