Be sure you are using the 2023 AGI from your original return, and not an amended return, if any.

If you are correctly entering the 2023 AGI from your original 2023 Form 1040, Line 11, then try efiling with an AGI of 0.  Sometimes that will work when there is an IRS database mismatch.   One possible cause is if a filer filed real late in the tax year, such as after October 2024.  At other times it's not clear why it didn't match.  It's worth a try.
