errors on past tax returns

Apparently on my past tax returns we failed to report my state refunds. I think I assumed Turbo Tax would automaton report from year to year.

I need some one from Turbo Tax to review all my past turbo tax returns to see how wide spread the problem is and to prepare my response to the IRS

THANKS Richard Flannigan

If you use the same account each and every year then the state refund should have been brought forward and the taxable portion is computed ... it is NOT always taxable.  If the prior year state refund was not brought forward then it was your responsibility to enter it.    If you used the standard deduction the year before then it will not be taxable at all.   Save a PDF of your returns and review the worksheet to the calculations.
