Every time I call the automate service to report that I haven't received my card it says my information is wrong what did I do?

You can try getting your account number from your tax return. Then when you call in you can provide the account number.

You can find your bank account number located at the bottom of your 1040 under the Refund section. See if there is an account number there. You'll need to download/print your return first.  

First, log into your account. 

  1. Once inside, scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
  2. On the section, Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  

  3. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
