How can I receive the form 37 needed and the necessary documents from TurboTax to mail in to them? Does TurboTax allow me to go back and fill in this form for me? And also, can I get my previous W2s and 1040 form from TurboTax?

How can I receive the form 37 needed and the necessary documents from TurboTax to mail in to them?  You can get the forms online and fill them in manually then mail them in as required.

Does TurboTax allow me to go back and fill in this form for me?  Use the amendment program to complete the form which will need to be printed and mailed in.

And also, can I get my previous W2s and 1040 form from TurboTax?  Save a PDF of your return for all that information.

Select a tax year for specific amending instructions.

Keep in mind: You have 3 years from the date you filed your return (or 2 years after you paid the tax due, whichever is later) to file an amended return, which means you don't have to get it done by the April 15 filing deadline.

I NEED A COPY OF MY W-2

TurboTax does not have a copy of your W-2—the Wage & Tax Statement—issued to you by your employer, (nor does TurboTax have copies of your 1099’s).   You should always save those documents for your own records. You could ask the employer(s) for copies or you can get a copy from Social Security (for a fee of $86).

If you saved a pdf of your completed tax return, the worksheets will show the W-2 information you entered, but not the actual W-2.

You can get a wage and income transcript from the IRS:  It will not show the actual W-2, 1099’s, etc, but will show the income information the IRS received.  The IRS transcript will not show state or local tax information.

As for your RITA taxes -- you might find it easier to go directly to the RITA site and take care of your RITA tax payments online.  You will, of course, need the state and local tax information from your W-2's, so you will first need to take steps to get those amounts,
