Faxed in my amended return December 2nd and still no update

I faxed in my amended return on December 2nd and I still do not have any updates as of today. I also can't get through to the IRS to talk to a live person either. I'm so beyond frustrated at this point. I won't get my stimulus either and I really could use it during this time.

Any suggestions? Advice? Help?

Go to this IRS website for the status of a federal amended tax return - https://www.irs.gov/filing/wheres-my-amended-return

If you do not receive any other stimulus payments by January 15, 2021, then the stimulus payment for which you are eligible to receive will be entered on your 2020 federal tax return as a tax credit on Form 1040 Line 30.

The TurboTax program will ask about stimulus payments in the Federal Review section of the program.
