Federal refund came after amended return

I filed federal return and got original refund deposit after I amended the return and now owe taxes what do I do with refund money

If your not sure, you should contact the IRS to confirm what you owe.

If you wish to contact the IRS, you can call toll-free at 800-829-1040

Your amended return should have reset the refund to zero as if you had already received it.

If that was the case, the amount on the amended return is the amount hat you owe.
