I filed my return April 3rd i requested for a check by mail, its already the second week of May and i have yet to receive anything, checked my Federal Status on the links provided and it says "processing", its been 7 weeks should I call?

Unfortunately, the IRS phone service is down due to COVID-19.

If the IRS webpage still says your return is "processing", that means that your refund has not yet been "approved". There are a few things that may be affecting the processing time of your return. But until the IRS webpage says your refund has been issued, you'll still be waiting. Once your refund has been issued, you should expect your check in the mail within a few days.
