Federal Return E filed and Rejected

My Federal return was  E filed as was my NY State return. My Fed was rejected (and subsequently so was my NYS filing because the Fed was rejected). The Fed return was rejected because ; the" 2019 AGI was stated incorrectly".  I filed my taxes last year with Turbo Tax so to Turbo tax prefilled the amount for me in the 2020 return. When I got the rejection, I checked, and the amount shown on the return was CORRECT. I checked my digital file AND my paper file copy for 2019 to confirm this. So, I simply sent the returns again electronically. Now I'm in receipt of my SECOND refection. How do I fix this if the information is and was correct?

I am having the exact same issue and can't figure it out. I know my 2019 AGI number is correct.

I'm just going to mail my returns USPS snail mail with a copy of the first page of my 2019  filling  with the AGI  amount circled....

Did you try putting 0 as your AGI? I just re-filed using 0 on my federal return & it was ACCEPTED!

I had two of my kid's federal e-filed 2020 tax returns rejected. The rejection e-mail said "The primary taxpayer's AGI or Self-select PIN from last year does not match IRS records." I tried re-submitting several times. I could not figure out what was wrong and had to print the returns and mail them in.  My third kid's return was accepted.  Beats me.
