Federal tax form was rejected

I have submitted twice now and each time the reason is "duplicate form 1099-R" but I check and there are no duplicates.

As long as you have not already filed or paid for your return, here is how you can check forms and delete a form from your Turbo Tax online return.

If deleting the form doesn't work, you can delete what you have entered and start over fresh. See this FAQ on how to Clear and start over.
