federal tax refund

I saw that the federal refund is pending in my account. I wonder why is it deducted more money from me than the amount that should be  deducted.

There is a mistake and I need to follow up with someone why am I deducted more money from turbo tax fee than the amount that reflected and I should pay.

I haven't send in my state tax too but it looks like it is deducted  too from my federal return. Also with the state tax I  was  going to e file it and  it did not  go through so I changed  to mail and I think I am still being charged.
