I did and submitted my Federal taxes with Turbo tax on February 18, 2021. I have received no emails thus far either accepting or rejecting my submission. How do I proceed?

I filed on 2/25/2021 and I have not received any emails from TurboTax nor the government. Same thing last year, no emails. What gives? And I called TurboTax to report this issue, they give you a contact phone number and a support id code but all it does is repeat itself when you call. You cannot get through.
