Question

Filed and accepted today. Qualified for $500 advance. SBTPG shows that $500 was disbursed 1/27. Have not received anything. How long does it take to actually receive?

One hour after the return is accepted, you should get the temporary card information via email (please check your Inbox/Junk/Spam folder) which then has to be set up with an online account. Forty-eight hours after acceptance, your advance money will be available on the virtual card.  For more information, please click here.

What happened to 1 hour? It went from 1 hour after acceptance to 48 hours
