Filed end of Feb Fed and State SC. Accepted early March. Still can't get pdf/print without both having "do not file" "incomplete.   An download from a month ago had the Fed only and the "incomplete" "do not file" on some pages.  Now at least the state is included, but also has some "do not file" "incomplete" watermark as well.

I've already paid the Fed and the State SC is supposed to debit at the beginning of May.  I'm just trying to find out  if this is out of the ordinary even with the COVID-19 era for it to take this long to get the final pdf/printout for my and my wife's records.  We file joint married no dependents.  Only reason I have to do Self-Employed Ediition for us is I was in a hobby band that played about once a month.

Thanks!

Will

Try this procedure -

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2021 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

That worked.  What's funny is after I backed out without changing anything, it went to the regular menu like when you're done.  It was still broken when I tried to use the "Preview or print returns" button again.

Am I to assume that everything will eventually fix itself and it won't affect anything down the road?

Thanks!

Your assumption is correct.  The "Preview or print returns" will eventually be corrected.  And No, it will not affect your tax return in any way.
