Solved

Filed jointly with husband via TurboTax. His return shows as filed and this is confirmed on IRS website. Mine doesn't either site. Should I be concerned?

There is no need to be concerned.  When you file a joint return, you file together.  Thus, when the return is accepted, it is accepted for both of you.  The fact that the IRS confirms the return as being accepted should put you more at ease.  But the information can only be accessed on the IRS website through the primary social on the return (in this case, his).  If you try to access through yours, it will not show up.  But it has been accepted.
