Filed with Turbo Tax but now IRS said there was a mistake and amended my return and I got lower refund

I thought if a mistake was made on my returns Turbo Tax would correct it. How can I get their help in resolving this issue?

You have not told us what the mistake was. TurboTax cannot know if you enter a wrong income amount, or leave information out, etc. What was the mistake?
