I mailed my return on 3/14/2020. Have no answer from IRS. Can I still E- file?

    NO!  Do not efile again.  Then the IRS will have 2 returns for you and it will be messed up.  They are not processing mailed returns right now.  The mail is stacking up in trailers at the IRS.
