I have no record that IRS accepted my 2020 taxes e-filed by Turbotax. Received an IRS rejects letter, followed instructions. Today IRS states no tax return filed. Where in the tax transcript from Turbotax download do I find record that return was accepted?

Can't get any help from Turbotax on at the customer support number; very disappointed.

There is not an official Tax Transcript (like you would get from the IRS), but if you Sign In to TurboTax Online, using the same user credentials, you can pull up your prior year tax returns.

If you don't see any returns when you sign in, you might be using the wrong user ID. Check to see if you have another account.

Once you open a return, go to the FILE menu to see the Efile Status of that return. Here's more info on How to Access a Prior Year Return.

If you can give more info about your IRS Reject letter and what you did, we'll try to help. It sounds like you may have needed to make some changes to a Rejected Return, but the corrected return was not filed.
