Filing check 'fix federal return' shows Form W-2 Summary 12b that has an excess. How to fix and still e-file? Do i change W2 entry? Already added excess income.

No, you should not change your W2 entry.

You were encountering an e-file issue withing TurboTax that has now been fixed.

You may still see a warning about the excess contribution, but you should be able to e-file.  You can check out this TurboTax FAQ for more information: Excess 401(k) Contribution Preventing E-filing
