Filing tax from abroad

Hi. I am filing from abroad. I have to send my 1040 form, which I filed online, to Texas. Since the virus situation made a total mess with the post office, I am afraid that the IRS wont receive my paper mail. How can I check online to see my IRS refund status?

IRS live telephone assistance is currently unavailable due to COVID-19. Normal operations will resume when possible. Tax help is available 24 hours a day on IRS.gov.
