filled my electronic tax return on june 8th but have not received it yet. Have done the "wheres my tax return" says has not been processed yet. Is this normal ?

This year it is normal ... all return processing has been delayed due to the earlier covid situation ... all you can do is wait patiently and check the IRS once a week for a progress report.
