I efile my federal and state then the IRS only approved my federal so i changed the state to file by mail and nothing happens it was 4 weeks ago

If you are expecting a refund from your State, you will need to contact your local office for assistance with any questions. Here is a link that can provide you with their local contact information. Just click on your state of residence for further information: How do I track my state refund?
