Find a tax File and Browse

When I attempt to "find a tax file" or "Browse" the file view interface is condensed and limited and will not let me access Windows, (I can't accesses my personal folder, my download folder, etc...) it happened out of nowhere. I updated my Windows at the guidance of tech support and it's still some primitive version of the file view that doesn't transfer all of the data from previous years tax files. I was on with tech support for 2 hours to no avail. Has anyone experienced this?

Try to change the file type to All Files instead of Tax Files (.tax2024) via the dropdown menu, bottom right of your bad version image. See the picture below for the place to look.
