For many years in Virginia, I've been able to send my state refund directly into my kids 529s. I don't see this option now, but I know it's legal

I live in Virginia, so I should be able to help with this one. You just need to revisit the state return. Look at the image below and click "edit" where I have circled. The next page that comes up will have Virginia 529 contribution as the first option. This will only show up if you are due a refund.

Is it possible for me to take the direct deposit I just got and send the money by mail to my 529s? I thought I saw a solution online so I just went with it.  Here's the form I thought I could use....
