For resident alient under F1 who do not receive third stimulus check. If I answer no at other tax situation tab, $1400 mistakenly will be refunded. Should I answer yes?

Please not that if answering Yes does not add the $1400 refund by mistake to the federal refund. But, the issue emerges in the final generated Pdf, if the answering "yes" included in the final pdf file, because the check was not being received in the first place, and I answering yes is merely because the software does not have a "not apply" options

Perhaps.  Is this IRS FAQ helpful under Did I qualify for the third payment if I'm a resident alien?

A person who is a qualifying resident alien with a valid Social Security number was eligible for the payment only if he or she is a qualifying resident alien in 2021 and not claimed as a dependent of another taxpayer.

A nonresident alien in 2021 wasn’t eligible for the payment.

An alien who received a payment but was not a qualifying resident alien for 2021 should return the payment to the IRS by following the instructions as described in Returning the Economic Impact Payment for instructions.
