For the past two years, you requested a $ 563.00 refund from NY State and twice this refund was rejected. The refund allowed was $63.00. What's wrong !

Before 2015 you always requested $63.00 refund and i never had any problem.
I don't want to have the same problem this year. Thank you

You have to call NY State and ask them if that is sufficient.

TT does not request a refund; you do. Sounds like a $500 credit was denied. Please provide more details.

The reason was: We can't send you a tax refund because we can't verify your claim for a Real Property Tax Credit.
Could i still get a refund for those two years if i provide them with a statement from my lender indicating the amount of real property taxes paid on my behalf. I live in a coop-condo in Manhattan.
Thanks.
