Forgot to add w-23 form after already doing my taxes!!!! Could I get in trouble?

You meant to type W-2...right?

Not really trouble, unless you don't correct it in the next few months.

Assuming your original has already been filed and accepted ....either e-filed and accepted….or mail-filed by you.

1) Wait for your original refund to come back.....or pay the original balance due.

2)  Then start an amended tax return.  Once you start the Amend process, you'll just add in that additional W-2 form.  Then print out the amended forms and file them by mail...they do have to be mail-filed by you.   and don't forget your state amended forms too....if you live in an income-taxing state.
