Fraudulent Practices

I asked a question to live support several days ago and got no answer. My refund has been processing for months and I don't know why. Now Turbo Tax is going to take a direct debit from my account but in the percentage amount even though they are doing a direct debit. I will agree to the debit amount because that is what they are doing. I tried to get live support again and got an automated message of their business hours. Both questions were asked during those hours in all US time zones. I paid for Deluxe and have not received the Deluxe features of support during the business hours. I will agree to pay for what I received, which is a direct debit price of the Basic package for federal only, which is zero. When the debti goes out, I will contest it to the bank and report the business before pursuing a lawsuit. Direct debit is not the percentage, so you get the direct debit free. Not providing the Deluxe features multiple times during business hours in all US time zones is Basic Federal, which is free. You will receive $0 for the service or be reported for criminal fraud.

You  can only contact customer support by using the link below during normal business hours M-F  5AM-5PM PACIFIC time.  (They are closed today for Memorial Day ).     (Hours subject to change - see link)

There is no single published number because it changes contently depending on the nature of the call and agent availability. Following the link below will either give a current number for you to call or take your number for a callback.

(Note that phone support is for paying customers only. There is no phone support for Free Customers.)

Here is a TurboTax FAQ for contacting customer support.
