Question

GA requires GA8453 (Online Submission Confirmation) to be signed within 24 hrs after state return is accepted. TurboTax didn't create it this year

This form must be created by TurboTax as the Electronic Return Originator. I've gotten it every year but this one. They provide a 14-digit confirmation number that I don't have.

It is not included in the PDF that only has the required forms and schedules for filing a tax return. You will need to download the PDF that includes all worksheets. The form will be included in the state section of the PDF.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2020 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
