Looks like my question was cut off. Bill is for 20 and 21 tax years. Will this decrease the balance due for 21 ( I've already filed) or will it be a separate refund?

No, TurboTax will not be changing the Georgia state program.

Dor leaves some things pretty vague. I didn't find my answer there but did find it at AJC. Looks like $ being sent in six to eight weeks, which would answer my question since I already have filed and will have paid by that time.
