Get a TurboTax refund

How can I get a refund from TurboTax? Their customer service was rude and no help, I filed 2/7 and it’s still pending as it is with many others, the first person I spoke to about this hung up on me and the second person said “what do you want me to do about it”. I filed with another place and IRS accepted same day. I have always filed with TurboTax and this is nonsense and very unprofessional, I do not recommend TurboTax

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

Can you then escalate this issue many of us are having? We filed on 2/7 with from 5695. TT says pending. Many others with same issue gave up and went to TaxAct or HRB and they got accepted in a couple of hours. TT is ridiculous

Oh my gosh. Turbo Tax has been the absolute worst this year. I had problems with them charging me too much and the wrong products. They took they money out of my refund. I've spoken with so many customer service reps and they are so rude or don't know what they are doing. And yes they do hang up on you also. So unprofessional. I will never file with them again. I can't get an answer on where the refund from them is. Or in what stage or where the money is going too. Keep getting different answers. I'm super frustrated.
