Getting tons of info sent to me about the Self Employment Tax Credit, and how I can claim monies for 2021...and the deadline is soon. Was this done when I filed with TT?

One of these sites tells me I will get back $16k but charge me 20%.

I appreciate the info but that is for the ERC. I was asking about the SETC.

There is no credit called the Self-Employment Tax Credit. You might want to clarify with the service the name of the credit.

But as ee-ea pointed out, if it is ERC, I would be very careful choosing the provider of the service. Lots of people are going to have to repay the credit because of incorrect claim.
