Good evening I made my tax refund statement, sent the documents by mail, but so far the refund amount has not been deposited in my account. What should I do?

When did you mail it?  They just started opening the mail that has been stacking up in trailers because of Covid-19.  Be patient and keep waiting.  You can start checking  IRS Where's my refund

Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end.  That was for federal and state combined.

WAIT then wait some more ... mailed in returns were not processed for almost 10 weeks ... they piled up and now that the IRS is back to work they are slowly being processed ... normally they take 6 weeks so expect them to take 16 weeks.  Check the IRS site a couple times a week until you see progress ...  https://www.irs.gov/refunds
