Got a letter from NM state asking for more information, that was already on my taxes. Can it be because I claimed life insurance policy for 300 when I shouldn't have?
Got a letter from the Taxation and Revenue Dept of NM askking for addition information, such as my W2 forms and ID bank info, etc. I claimed my dad's insurance of $300 at most when I didn't know at the time it wasn't necessary. Could that be why they need the additional info? Because I claimed an amount that was not necessary?
