Got email from TurboTax saying they will take fees from refund 4/12 got letter from IRS saying I’m under45 review letter dated 3/20 same day I got email whose right

No it says they will take the fees from your Bank Account on 4/12. Since the IRS is taking too long to send your refund you still have to pay the fees. Then when your refund comes though they won't take the fees out again.
