Granddaughters Parents claimed her and will not amend their return what can I mail in with taxes to speed up process

The only way to resolve this is by mailing in the tax return.

When you mail in the return, what will happen is the IRS will verify that the child was living with you, and ask for proof. The IRS will review all information and will award the claim accordingly. Of course, this process does take time, but it is the legal remedy the IRS provides.

Why do you think you can claim our granddaughter, instead of the parents? Support alone, does not determine who can claim a child.

There is nothing you can send in with your return to help you. That's come later, when the "audit" process starts.
