Greendot customer service non-existant

 I have tried now for 9 months to come in contact with a human being at Greendot to figure out why I can't access my Tax return card
And have tried every single number I could find.   I had to submit my Id to them likely due to a change in address and after that it's been:  Enter in my card number, then  I enter my SSN and birthdate, not valid.

I am beyound fustrated. Does anyone have an idea on where I should go from here because I'm out of ideas.
