Question

Had too many tabs open and accidentally filed everything. DID NOT WANT TO DO THIS AT THIS TIME. How do I cancel this entire transaction? Help, please! I can't afford this.

Don't submit your return and don't submit payment.   Review your fees and remove anything you don't need.   How to Review your Fees

You also have the option to switch to a cheaper TurboTax Online product. Before switching, make sure the new product fits your tax situation and forms.

As a last resort, you can clear and start over to remove all fees and start from scratch as long as you haven't paid, registered, or deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund.   See this TurboTax FAQ

    "....accidentally filed everything.."

If you already e-filed----sorry, there is no cancelling or getting it back if you e-filed.   If you clicked the big orange button that said "Transmit my returns now"---you e-filed, which is just like putting an envelope in a big mailbox on the corner.  You cannot get it back.

When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax.  The first one will say that your return was submitted.  The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected.  If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
