Has anyone been approved for the refund advance loan? I tried to apply for it and was denied but I meet all qualifications and I haven’t received any email explaining why

At first I thought I was getting denied because one of the forms I needed for my state return wasn’t available but it is available as of today so I tried again and still denied so I have no idea why. It says I’ll receive an email explaining why but I never have. It says I might end up qualifying if my taxes are “updated” whatever that means so I’m thinking I should file and select to deposit in my credit karma account and just hope for the best? But I’m also wondering about the credit karma spend account if there’s a transfer fee and/or a daily withdrawal limit? Basically if the money goes in my credit karma account I’m going to want to transfer it all into my regular bank account or withdraw it all and deposit it into my regular bank account pretty immediately so I’m wondering if there are any limits/fees I’ll have to deal with.
