Has anyone else NOT gotten their stimulus money and used their turbo tax card

The IRS website said my money should have been deposited on april 15th. But nothing is pending on my account. Anyone else??

Did you use a different card or bank account for your 2018 taxes? It could have been deposited there, if so. If that account is now closed, you'll be receiving a check (eventually). 

 

If neither of those apply, you need to check with the bank that your deposit was supposed to be sent to. Outside of the "Get My Payment" tool, there's no support available right now for Stimulus payments, unfortunately. Even if you manage to reach a live IRS agent, they don't have access to the stimulus system.
