Has anyone in texas with dependents abd 5 day earlier option received there refund? Also using cash app

    The Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes Act (PATH Act) prevents the IRS from issuing early refunds (before mid-February) on any tax return that claims the Earned Income Tax Credit (EIC) and/or Additional Child Tax Credit.  As the IRS processes refunds for customers who claimed the EIC or CTC, you will see an updated projected refund date on the "IRS Where's My Refund site."
